How can I enrol in an open course?
To register for one of our open courses, you can complete our Booking Request Form, send an email to enquiries@blsuk.com, or contact us directly by phone at +44 (0) 7571 625751.
Once we receive your request, our support team will review and process your booking within 24 hours. Please be aware that corporate enrolments must be confirmed formally by your HR or training department.
What does it mean when I request a seat online?
When you request a seat through our website, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received your request. Our support team will follow up within 24 hours to help you complete your course booking.
When is payment due?
Payment must be settled no later than six weeks before the course start date.
What payment options are available?
Course fees can be paid via bank transfer. Our bank details are included on all invoices, but you can also request them separately if needed.
Are there discounts for group or multiple bookings?

Can someone else attend in my place?
If a delegate is unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement. We ask that you provide us with the new attendee’s information prior to the start of the course. Please ensure the substitute is suitably qualified for the course content.
Cancellation and Transfer Terms
If you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed booking, please note the following fees apply:
• If you notify us four weeks or more in advance, 100% of the fee will be credited towards future courses.
• Cancellations made between two and four weeks before the start date will receive a 50% credit.
• No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the course start date.
If you can find a suitable replacement to attend in your place, no charges will apply.
What if BLS cancels the course?
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course due to unexpected circumstances, we will notify you in writing right away and offer you a place on the next available or relevant session.
