COVID-19 has presented us with challenges that most of us thought we would never experience in our lifetime. We need to work extra hard to manage our emotions well and as the lockdown restrictions begin to ease it is only fair that we may be a little anxious about returning from isolation.
Working in partnership with inspire, these workshops are designed to be delivered as a “Brief Bite”. The idea behind brief bites is to impart information, in short, digestible chunks, so that the key messages and techniques can be delivered without removing staff from their day job for long periods of time.
Delivered remotely the workshops last two - three hours, with the groups kept small (max 8) to ensure that delegates do not feel overwhelmed and are in a safe environment.
The workshops utilise Solution Focussed Therapy, CBT tools, Mindfulness and resilience building techniques to help employees to identify their concerns and adopt systems to alleviate and manage their symptoms.
The overarching aim of these workshops is to identify and mitigate the negative impacts of COVID at work before they impair staff health and well-being.
During this global pandemic we are all experiencing strong and varied emotions. This workshop is designed to help us be aware of our emotions and the importance of acknowledging feelings.
As the lockdown restrictions begin to ease, people are starting to return to the workplace after a period of working from home or being on furlough.
Staff won't be coming back to work under normal conditions, organisations will have to reopen the doors of the office while COVID-19 is still in the picture. Small things like travelling to work or sharing a space with colleagues, or even re-connecting to corporate networks and setting up the office workspace, will require re-adjustment.
These workshops are designed to help individuals and organisations smooth the transition from home to work.
By the end of the workshop delegates will have:
These CBT workshops have been designed for people experiencing Anxiety and Depression. The course uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is a therapy that can help individuals manage common mental health issues.
The course aims to help you to understand more about the impact of low mood and anxiety and uses a step-by-step approach to overcome these problems.
Each course session is led by a Therapist who is trained in CBT and will last 90 minutes.
Our Open Courses are offered at different times of the year to suit delegates from all over the world. By keeping delegate numbers to a maximum of 6 per course enables us to keep our delivery dynamic, interactive and engaging.
